El apartamento dispone de todos los accesorios de playa como sillas y sombrillas.Mencionar que uno de los dos dormitorios se encuentra en la planta superior, con un acceso por escalera de caracol muy estrecha, no apta para personas con movilidad limitada. Él complejo donde se encuentra el apartamento cuenta con piscinas y jardines preciosos y está muy cuidado.
