Bantay 2E is a 3-bedroom beachfront condo on the second floor with panoramic views of Bucerías Bay. Sleeps up to 10 guests. During whale season (December–March) whales pass right by the balcony. Bantay 2E sits on the second floor (2 up from ground floor) and offers some of the best ocean views in the tower — wide, open panoramas of Bucerías Bay from the living area and primary bedroom balcony. The layout works well for families and groups: a king bedroom with ocean view, two guest bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and three ensuite bathrooms throughout. Every detail is in place for a polished, worry-free beachfront experience. Bantay is set in Los Picos, an upscale and tranquil beachfront neighborhood just northwest of downtown Bucerías. Known for its calm atmosphere and slower pace, this residential area is perfect for those looking to unwind while staying close to town. The beach here is scenic and peaceful, with a natural rocky shoreline that adds a sense of seclusion. Downtown Bucerías is about a 15-minute walk along the beach or a 5-minute drive, where you’ll find great restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local nightlife. ✓ Elevators provide smooth access to all levels and the property is wheelchair friendly. ✓ Pets are allowed with prior written approval only. Up to 2 small pets (max 10 kg each) or 1 medium pet (max 20 kg). Pets must be well-trained, not left unattended unless crated, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required. ✓ Paddleboard availability may vary. ✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers. ✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability. ✓ The tower is a cashless property, the restaurant and spa only accept cards ✓ Guests are required to submit a guest registration form before arrival to the tower.
