Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. ***Pet Policy (Subject for approval) The pet fee is $165+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request. Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed. Pets must always be leashed within the community. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations. Pets cannot be up on any furniture. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
