Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness. Fire Pit & Fireplaces - Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior - Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April. Pets - Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and pet fee. - Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on furniture. Parking - Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles. - No street parking allowed. Security Cameras - For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home. Occupancy Limit - Maximum occupancy is 4 guests at all times. - Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed. Self Check-In - This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry. - Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Weather / Nature Notice - This cabin is located in a forest setting. - You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow. Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer - While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.
