This cabin comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, offering spacious sleeping arrangements and a layout designed for both privacy and togetherness. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 15) • Downstairs King Suite #1 (sleeps 2): King bed, private room, full bathroom. • Downstairs King Suite #2 (sleeps 2): King bed, private room, full bathroom. • Hallway Bunk Area (sleeps 3): Three twin bunk beds conveniently located between the two king suites, with access to a full bathroom nearby. • Upstairs Bunk Area (sleeps up to 8): Two twin-over-full bunk beds, each with a twin trundle, offering flexible sleeping options ideal for kids or larger groups. General Information • Maximum occupancy is 15 guests • Exterior security cameras are in place for safety (doorbell camera at the front entrance and one camera monitoring the back steps; no interior cameras) • Designed for family stays and group gatherings Please review the following details before booking to ensure the best possible stay at Blue Note: Hot Tub - The hot tub is available year-round. Please keep the cover closed when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness. Fire Pit & Fireplaces - Firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally if they wish to use the outdoor fire pit, or they can give us a call if they want to arrange it prior - Indoor gas fireplaces are seasonal and available October–April. Pets - Are NOT allowed Parking - Private driveway parking available for approximately 3–4 vehicles. - No street parking allowed. Security Cameras - For safety, exterior security cameras are located at entry points and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home. Occupancy Limit - Maximum occupancy is 15 guests at all times. - Parties, events, and extra guests are not allowed. Self Check-In - This property offers self-check-in with keypad entry. - Check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Weather / Nature Notice - This cabin is located in a forest setting. - You may encounter insects, wildlife, or weather conditions typical for Broken Bow. Maintenance / Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer - While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working perfectly, occasional service interruptions may occur due to weather, power outages, or equipment issues. We will address any issue as quickly as possible.
