It was easy to make a reservation and get input on the best condo for us. The property is in a great spot and very well maintained. The unit is nice and had everything we needed. Excellent location with beautiful grounds. Our rental unit was nicely furnished and worked out perfectly for our needs. This was our first time staying in Kauai on vacation, and we were so happy we selected the Nihi Kai through the Parrish Collection. The unit was very clean and had everything you look for when you're on vacation - a great location within walking distance of three beaches, trails, restaurants, shops, the fruit market. We loved the swimming pool that overlooks the ocean and beautiful scenery. The grounds are very beautiful and kept nicely. Check-in and check-out went so smoothly, and if we needed anything during our stay the staff was available to help us out. We definitely want to return next year and stay with Parrish at Nihi Kai.
