The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a comfortable sectional sofa with a pull-out sleeper, a 55” Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. Snuggle in on a cold day and enjoy your favorite streaming apps. (Guests must log into their own personal accounts.) Large windows bring in natural light, while room-darkening curtains provide flexibility for comfort. An adjustable desk workstation is located in the main living area for guests who need to work remotely. A keyboard and monitor are available for guest use, tucked by the back window to provide plenty of light and the ability to enjoy nature while you work. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances: a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Ample countertop space and cabinetry make cooking simple. Bar seating for two and a dining area with a full-size table that seats six allow for shared meals. The townhouse includes a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. A clothing steamer is also provided for guest convenience. Primary Bedroom: King bed with memory foam mattress, quality linens, blackout curtains, nightstands, and bedside lamps. This spacious suite also includes a futon for additional sleeping arrangements. A large walk-in closet is available for guests’ personal items. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and stocked with quality linens, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. Features include double sinks, ample storage, and a newly updated walk-in shower. Bedroom 2: King bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, quality linens, blackout curtains, closet storage, nightstands, and lamps. A comfortable retreat with natural light. The second full bathroom offers a shower/tub combination with sliding glass doors and a vanity with storage space. It is stocked with fresh towels, paper products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. Parking Parking for up to 2 vehicles is available in the driveway. Garage is available for use, but it is only accessible via the interior garage door opener. At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require a photo of your Driver’s License or Government ID for safety and security. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property after 10:00 PM. No smoking anywhere on the premises (indoors or outdoors). Violations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional cleaning fees. Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for stays longer than 15 nights. Quiet hours are expected in consideration of neighbors. PET POLICY: This property does NOT allow pets.
