The layout flows naturally from spaces for gathering to private rooms where everyone can recharge after a day out. Living Room and Dining Area: From the entrance, continue into the open living room with comfortable seating and a TV, an inviting setting for movie nights, conversations or downtime between adventures. Nearby, the dining space keeps everyone together for breakfast before the parks or an easy dinner back at the condo. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen provides generous counter and cabinet space, giving you everything needed for convenient meals and snacks during your stay. Private Balcony: Step outside from the main living area to a private balcony with outdoor furniture, a pleasant spot to sit back and enjoy the surrounding greenery. Sleeping Areas: - Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed with two twin beds plus a pull out twin, TV and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom - Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom - Bedroom 3 is the primary suite with a king bed, TV and private full bathroom Bathrooms and Extras: The Jack and Jill bathroom has a tub and shower combination, while the primary bathroom has a shower. You'll also have a washer and dryer, reliable WiFi and a dedicated workspace. After theme park days or afternoons enjoying Vista Cay's pools and Aqua Park, come back to a space made for slowing down, spending time together and getting ready for tomorrow's adventures. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
