Welcome to this two story townhouse for up to 10 guests, with four bedrooms, five beds, and three full bathrooms. The layout combines open gathering spaces downstairs with additional sleeping areas upstairs. First Floor Living Room: Relax on the sofa and watch TV after a day exploring. The open layout connects directly with the dining area and kitchen, giving your group an easy place to spend time together. Dining Area: Gather around the dining table for breakfast before heading out, a casual lunch, or dinner after a day of exploring. Positioned beside the kitchen and living room, the dining area keeps everyone connected and provides a comfortable setting for shared meals and time together. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home simple, whether you’re putting together a quick breakfast before the parks or sitting down for dinner after a full day out. Generous counter space gives you room for meal prep, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating and keeps the kitchen connected to the dining and living areas. Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, this room features a king bed, TV, and a desk with chair that provides a convenient spot for working, using a laptop, or planning the day. Bathroom 1: Located in the hallway near Bedroom 1, this full bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. Private Pool and Patio: Step outside to the screened private pool and furnished patio with an outdoor dining table and loungers. Cool off with a swim, enjoy a meal outdoors, or relax poolside between days exploring the theme parks. Second Floor Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms, three additional beds, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. Bedroom 2: Settle into a king bed with a TV and a desk with chair, providing a convenient spot to work or use a laptop. This bedroom also has its own ensuite full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Bedroom 3: This playful car themed room features one full bed, one twin bed, and a TV, creating a fun and flexible sleeping space for younger guests. Bedroom 4: Mickey themed decor gives this room a playful feel for younger guests. It features one bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, plus a TV, creating a fun space to settle in after a day of adventures. Bathroom 3: Located in the hallway near Bedrooms 3 and 4, this full bathroom includes a sink, toilet, and shower. Laundry Area: A washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothes after pool days, theme park outings, or during longer stays.

Good to know

Pool & BBQ - Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50 USD/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. - A BBQ grill (propane not included) is also available for an additional fee. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

The Neighborhood

Stay close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions while enjoying the resort setting of Storey Lake. Shopping and dining are nearby, while the community offers pools, waterslides, a lazy river, mini golf and activities for the whole group.

Guest Access

You’ll have exclusive access to the home during your stay, plus free access to the shared onsite amenities at the resort.

House Rules and Terms

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies.
