One of the most intimate units in the building — a king bedroom with ocean views and balcony access, two guest bedrooms, and three ensuite bathrooms. Full resort amenities included: two heated saltwater pools, daily housekeeping, on-site restaurant with room service, spa, gym, and private boat charters. Panarea 1B is designed for smaller groups and couples who want the full beachfront resort experience without sharing it with a crowd. On the 1st floor with direct ocean views from the primary bedroom and living area, the private balcony is where most guests end up spending their time — especially at sunset when the view of Bucerías Bay is at its best. Three ensuite bathrooms across three bedrooms means everyone has their own space. Sleeping arrangements include: ✓ Primary bedroom: King bed, ocean views, private balcony access, double-sink ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet ✓ Second bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom ✓ Third bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly toward the ocean-facing balcony, creating a relaxed setting for shared meals, morning coffee, or sunset conversations. High-end finishes, modern design, air conditioning in every room, and thoughtful details throughout make this home feel both polished and welcoming. This property is located in a peaceful beachfront residential area of Bucerías, ideal for guests seeking a relaxed and uncrowded coastal experience. Guests are responsible for cleanup; additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required. ✓ Paddleboard availability may vary. ✓ Inside the unit, you’ll find iPads that allow you to easily book room service, massages, boat reservations, and drivers. ✓ Boat reservations are subject to availability and weather conditions and can be booked up to 72 hours in advance. Spa appointments may be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance or at any time during your stay, subject to availability. ✓ The tower is a cashless property, the restaurant and spa only accept cards ✓ Guests are required to submit a guest registration form before arrival to the tower.
