The basement level houses the lounge/media room, designed for relaxation. It includes a large sofa, comfortable seating, and a film projector, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The first floor offers the master/family bedroom, complete with a super king-size bed that can be arranged as a super king or two singles upon request. A sliding door leads to a second room with a single bed and a pull-out mattress, providing additional sleeping space. A bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC is also located on this floor. The second floor features two bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, including a sink, walk-in shower, and WC. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the other provides a double bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request. The house's prime location allows easy access to Bath's historical and cultural attractions. You're within walking distance of the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, and a wide array of dining options. A bath highlight, the Thermae Spa is just a minute's walk away! We love dogs but unfortunately we are unable to accommodate them at this property. Paid parking can be found in the city car parks, Southgate and Avon Street being the nearest.
