There are coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance and you’ll be a one minute walk from the famous St. Charles Streetcar which you can take to both the French Quarter and Garden District. Note that the outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub, and grill areas) are shared with the other units at The Syd. This unit is on the 2nd floor; there is no elevator and stairs are required to reach all rooms in this unit. All outdoor spaces (pool, hot tub, sauna, grill area) are open from 8am-10pm daily. For the security of our guests, we have external recording devices (security cameras) located in the common areas. These are exterior only. This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This device also monitors occupancy and cigarette smoke. Possession of Firearms on the Premises is strictly prohibited
