The living room features a comfortable chaise longue sofa that converts into a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. Relax with a flat-screen TV and cable channels, and stay connected with high-speed WiFi. The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dining table. Each bedroom, located on the upper floor, has an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. An additional guest bathroom is available on the lower floor. For sun and sea lovers, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just a short drive away, only 7 km. Enjoy the convenience of being close to everything Porto has to offer. Key collection is done at our Welcome Center – located at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – price upon request. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of 190€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow access to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
