Step inside Mimi's Place and discover a thoughtfully designed home perfect for your Kanab adventure. The open floor plan of the fully equipped kitchen and large living room with comfortable couches and a smart TV, makes gathering with friends and familly easy and convenient. Just off the entry way you will find the bunk room, furnished with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. This space is ideal for kids or additional guests, offering a fun and functional sleeping arrangement. The Primary Room offers a luxurious king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, providing a private retreat. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are both located just off the living room and each feature a double bed, providing ample space for relaxation and rest after a day of exploring. Both the Primary Ensuite and Guest Bathroom are full bathrooms with a tub/shower combo, ensuring convenience and comfort for everyone. The laundry room features a full capacity machines and the garage is available for guest use. Inside the garage you will also find a putting green, a jumbo sized game of Connect 4, and Ladder Ball. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly (or competative) game, winner gets bragging rights! Mimi's Place is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space or take advantabe of the baseball fields. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. Jacob Hamblin park is located just a short drive into town and has a playground, field, ball fields, pool with slides, splash pad, skate park with pump track, and tennis/pickleball courts.
