Charming and newly renovated apartment in the epicenter of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. Park your car and forget about it - every activity the city has to offer is right outside your front door! Amazing shops, restaurants and bars just steps away in every direction. When you're done exploring the city, come home and unwind to a fully stocked and renovated 3br/2ba modern suite with a private balcony. No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building - a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, flat screen TVs with cable in every room, etc. PARKING: There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we do provide a parking pass for the City of St. Augustine's Municipal Parking Garage (about a 5 minute walk from the apartment). We have a small loading/unloading spot to the left of the home that can be used to drop off luggage and pick up the parking pass before moving your vehicle to the garage. The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Our apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine.
