Common areas have been recently updated and this home also includes brand new queen sized adult bunk beds perfect for families or groups to enjoy! Take advantage of this spacious Summit condo with 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making your stay very accommodating to you and your guests. Perfect for a family or group up to 8 people. The 2 adult luxury bunk beds are queen sized. Snuggle up by the fireplace, take in the scenic mountain views or whip up meals before and after a day on the slopes in your fully equipped kitchen! Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Breckenridge STR License Number: 409890001 Just a 2 minute walk to Quicksilver chair at the base of Peak 9 and all that Main Street has to offer in this quaint Colorado town. The Village Ski School for kids is only a 5 minute walk from the condo. You can't get any better than this spot for your getaway plans! **Unfortunately, this condo is used part-time as a full-time residence and the owners have severe pet allergies, so no furry friends allowed. Sorry!! Please note this home uses the Columbine pool, which does close for maintenance in the Fall. Be sure to check their hours online! Please note that the garage height is 6'6". 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
