After a fun-filled day of exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this deluxe 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests. This condo offers a shared hot tub and a heated pool with stunning views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. Relax in the comfortable living room featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into a queen size pullout. The room also has an indoor gas fireplace where you can warm yourself up, while winding down and watching your favorite show in our flat screen TV. Access to the patio is in the living room, should you want to step outside for some fresh mountain air. The patio has a small seating area for up to 2 people where you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature with a cup of hot cocoa. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a flat screen TV, where you can recharge for your next day of adventures. Right across the hall from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Breckenridge STR License Number: 452430001 The condo is located steps from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, food, and shopping experiences you won't want to miss. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the gondola with other fun stops along the way. This location is a perfect walk to Main Street. Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A parking pass is required for the free on-site parking space. The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the hot tubs are available daily from 10am to 8pm, with a seasonal closure from October 19th until reopening on November 8th.
