This is a ground-floor studio apartment in the 16th arrondissement. Exceptional location just a stone's throw from Place du Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower! It features elegant Haussmannian buildings and quiet streets. Close to the Trocadéro, it offers views of the Eiffel Tower. Well-served by the Trocadéro and Passy metro stations, the neighborhood is filled with local shops, luxury boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The nearby Bois de Boulogne provides vast green spaces. With renowned schools, this area is favoured by affluent families and embodies Parisian refinement with a touch of tranquility and luxury. Reputed to be the chicest arrondissement in Paris, and little-known by many Parisians, the 16th arrondissement is one of the capital's most pleasant in terms of quality of life and tourist offerings. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you will need to collect the keys from our office. Arrival on WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
