This cosy, luxurious 90m2 flat sleeps up to 6 people. It's just a four-minute walk from the Trocadero, making it an exceptional location for discovering Paris with family or friends ! Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with a small elevator in a beautiful Haussmann-style building typical of the 16th arrondissement. The neighborhood is renowned for its calm, serenity, and security. It consists of : - A spacious living room with a sofa bed and a large table for dining. - A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher. - A large bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a large wardrobe. - A second large bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm). - A lovely bathroom with shower, sink - WC separate - A washing machine is available in the flat - Plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. - Television and High-Speed Internet (WiFi). - Bed linen and towels are provided by us. Renowned for being the most bourgeois district of Paris, and unknown to many Parisians, the 16th arrondissement is one of the most pleasant in the capital in terms of quality of life and tourist offerings. Located away from party venues, it will not satisfy nightlife enthusiasts. Nevertheless, you will find beautiful walks, some of the largest museums in Paris, as well as astonishing architecture, with the 16th arrondissement housing, among other things, the most Art Nouveau buildings in Paris. Not to mention, of course, the most exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadéro. Also in this district, you will find the Parc des Princes and the Roland-Garros stadium. Our apartment is located 150m from the Trocadéro. The area around the apartment is full of many restaurants, renowned shops, as well as numerous local shops (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher, dry cleaner, pharmacy, ...) within walking distance, especially on Avenue Paul Doumer and Rue de Passy.
