Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day. • If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking. • How’s the home cleaned?
