The two bedroom, two bath cottage makes this an ideal location for two couples to really enjoy this vacation getaway. The home is meticulously appointed and well-stocked with all kitchen utensils and pots and pans…everything you need for an gourmet meal or a casual bayside breakfast on the deck. The front porch, overlooking the bay, has comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a comfy seating area perfect for relaxing with a good book. A hot tub on the deck is perfect for relaxing under the stars. There is also a bathroom outside in this self contained outdoor entertainment area. This cottage offers you an authentic "old Florida" beach experience with modern comfort and style! WiFi - Starlink Pet Policy - pet-friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per pet. (Some breeds are not permitted due to insurance limitations.) Cleaning Fee - minimum $225 cleaning fee Vacation Rental Damage Protection - $59 fee for “all risk” damage protection through Waivo Minimum Renter Age - 25 Boat Slip - private dock, dock number 45 (this is also where the water taxi drops you off Satellite TV - no Grill Type - Parking - $9/night ($11/night if you have a boat trailer) at Eldred's Marina where you meet the boat taxi Holiday surcharges: applied for reservations for Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, and Christmas/New Years timeframes.
