It is located in a luxury condominium offering a heated indoor pool as well as an outdoor swimming pool (not heated), a fully equipped gym and spa facilities. Beautiful gardens and lots of open space will make you never want to leave this little oasis. The living room and dining room are open plan and have a wonderfully modern and fully equipped kitchen just off the living area and with access also to the balcony. Spacious en suite bedroom has its own private bathroom and dressing area. Guest bathroom at entrance hall and plenty of additional closet space. Sofa bed makes the apartment perfect for a family with 2 small children. Easy access to this 3rd floor apartment via lift and offers a service lift for heavier items or removing waste items. The apartment boasts both heating and cooling systems and automated black out blinds. The apartment is located in one of the best locations, just on the waterfront with lovely paths for walking, jogging or cycling. You can be at Casa da Guia in a few minutes in one direction and the marina in a few minutes in the opposite direction. A great choice of shops, cafes, bakeries. supermarkets and specialty shops are just a short distance walk from here. Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
