The master bedroom is a serene haven, featuring a comfy king bed, with drawers underneath to store your belongings, and bedside lamps to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The second bedroom, ideal for kids or additional guests, includes a twin bunk bed set, making it both fun and practical. In the third bedroom, you'll find another comfy queen bed, complete with a closet, drawers under the bed, and bedside lamps, providing a restful space to unwind. The fourth bedroom comes with a dresser for storage, tower floor fan, and a cozy queen bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
