Creekwood Lodge is located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a game room with pool table that is available for monthly rentals. From this great location you are 10 minutes to the nearest beach, the casinos and the state line. During the warmer months, enjoy riding your bike on the well maintained trails that go through the Truckee Meadows and to the Tahoe Keys, or the other direction to El Dorado Beach and Lakeview Commons. If you are up for a longer bike ride, it is very easy to get to Camp Richardson where you can enjoy rum runners, boat rentals and live music! During the winter, you are only twelve minutes from Heavenly Mountain Resort’s California Main Lodge. If you are wanting to ski somewhere other than Heavenly, Creekwood Lodge is 50 minutes from Kirkwood Mountain Resort, and only 26 minutes to Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort. No matter what the season, the location of this home affords many opportunities to its guests. Creekwood Lodge features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2,500 square feet and can sleep 8 people in beds. This home consists of two levels, with the upstairs containing the primary living areas of the home. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and lovely granite countertops. It comes equipped with everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal for you and your family. There is seating for ten at the large dining table, with additional stools for four at the bar. Relax in the upstairs living room either next to the gas fireplace, or while watching a movie on the large flat screen television. The downstairs game room features a pool table and a wet bar. The perfect place to unwind and spend time with your friends and family. The master bedroom is located down a hallway from the living room. This bedroom features a king sized bed, private balcony and a private en suite bathroom. This master bathroom has a separate stand up shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The remaining three bedrooms all feature full sized mattresses. Outside the home, there is a large fenced in backyard perfect in any season. There is also an attached garage and large driveway for additional parking.
