ABOUT THE COTTAGE Easy access with a main floor bedroom and a step in shower, your sunny cottage is on a quiet dead end street and overlooks the woods and features a full-size sleeper sofa in both the open-concept living area and den on the main floor. Kick back and watch a movie in the living room. The adjacent den has its own Roku-equipped 32” LCD cable TV. Be sure to bring your passwords for streaming services. Prepare meals in the modern, fully-stocked kitchen including drip coffee maker, and enjoy them at the dining table with seating for four. Three more can pull up a seat at the kitchen bar. For your comfort, a digital thermostat is located on both the main and second floors. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, large closet and 32” Roku-equipped LCD cable TV. Across the hall, the master bath has a walk-in shower.
