The Salt & Pine Cottage

1. No Smoking Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We kindly ask all guests to refrain from smoking to maintain a clean environment for everyone. 2. No Pets We love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted as the Preserve does not allow pets in rental properties. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! 3. Quiet Times Please observe quiet hours at Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of consideration for our neighbors and fellow guests. 4. Trash Disposal Please place all trash in the dumpsters located at either of the two designated locations on the property, and be sure to break down and flatten boxes before placing them in the dumpsters. 5. Outdoor Heating For safety, outdoor propane grills, patio heaters, and fire pits must be kept at least 5 feet away from the cottage. 6. Parking Please note that a maximum of two cars are permitted in the driveway; additional parking is available near the community entrance and by the trail entrance.
