Located just steps from the beach and overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf, this fully renovated penthouse offers breathtaking ocean views, high-end finishes, and convenient amenities like a private balcony and in-unit laundry. Furthermore, guests enjoy access to the onsite pool, tennis court, and grills. This incredible residence is comprised of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designer grade kitchen with Samsung bespoke appliances, an expansive living room, and patio overlooking the beach/gulf. On the first level of this residence, guests will find the primary and second bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room, and patio. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and enjoys access to a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the second level of this residence guests will find two additional guest bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms feature a king bed and two twin beds, respectively. The second level bathroom features a walk in shower. The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the gulf side, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva. We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
