Guests under the age requirement who move forward with a booking and are then denied access based on these requirements are responsible for any and all booking fees, in addition to the loss of payments and deposits if they are within the cancellation period. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION Guests must submit an official picture ID to us, just like a hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule. GARBAGE Guests are responsible for the removal of trash during and after their stay to the designated dispensers located on site. NOISE ORDINANCE It is strictly enforced, and parties are NOT permitted. PRIVATE RESIDENCE This is a private home, and furniture and amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner. PARKING: (1) Free assigned parking spot Paid street parking COMMUNITY POOL Children under the age of three are not permitted in the pool PET POLICY Pets are NOT permitted on the premises. In the event that there is a deviation from our NO PET policy, all pet sizes and breeds, including support animals, must be disclosed in writing. There is a $100 base rate cleaning fee that can fluctuate higher based on the type and size of the animal and the length of the stay. This is a NON SMOKING property. Grilling is prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property.
