With Fort Lauderdale beach close by, residents and visitors can enjoy a variety of beach activities such as swimming, sunbathing, paddleboarding, and volleyball. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance, offering a wide range of cuisines and dining experiences. Las Olas Boulevard is particularly known for its vibrant nightlife and dining options. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near major roads like A1A (North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard) and Las Olas Boulevard, making it easy to explore other parts of Fort Lauderdale. - Smoking is not permitted - Pets are not allowed - Parties are prohibited - Hosts must be notified of visitors - No jumping in the Intracoastal from the dock - No fishing from the dock - Pool hours are from 7 AM to dusk - No glass allowed in the pool - Maximum of 4 guests - Check-in form & ID upload required prior to stay - The pool is heated but can fluctuate in temperature due to the weather and other conditions and may take additional time to heat up - Stays of 7 days or longer are provided a started pack of supplies but anything after, guests will be required to supply their own supplies Pest disclosure We pride ourselves on a spotless home. Every stay starts with a full professional clean, and the property gets regular pest control. But this is South Florida, and the locals like to drop by. You may spot a little lizard sunning on the patio, a few ants after a rainstorm, or the occasional palmetto bug. They live outdoors here year round and can wander into even the cleanest homes. It is not a sign of an unclean stay, just a small part of Florida living.
