It is within walking distance to the Cape Town Stadium, the Atlantic Seaboard, Cape Quarter shops, up to Signal Hill and down to the V&A Waterfront. It is also close to the CTICC and the CBD. Ideal for business trips and weekend getaways in Cape Town. Please note that the building is currently being repainted, and scaffolding has been erected around the building. The work is expected to be completed by June 2026.

About the Home

The apartment is newly renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. It has a combo drying/washing machine, microwave and ample cupboard space. It is large enough to prepare a 5-star meal and serve it at the big dining table. A soft grey feature wall runs along one side of the kitchen all the way to the generous and comfortable lounge area ending at the Juliet balcony which opens to stunning views of the Waterfront, ocean and partial views of Signal Hill. On entering the apartment your eyes will be drawn to the beautiful chandelier in the lounge area adding extra elegance to the whole apartment. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa to watch the big Plasma TV and DSTV with quite a few friends. The private modern loft bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large walk-in shower, tastefully tiled, and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a large cupboard with a mirrored door which provides enough space for all your clothes. House Rules and Terms

An extra charge of ZAR 150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, an extra fee of ZAR 250 which is payable upon check in. No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00. No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations. We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as we need to register you at the building manager. No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked. You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules. For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
