THIS IS A STRICTLY NO SMOKING HOME. Kindly smoke out on the patio veranda area only in-front of the door and keep front door closed. We supply a housekeeping service during your stay should you require it. T & C’s apply & our price list is in the manual which also highlights Restaurants, things to do in and around Cape Town etc. For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment needs to be serviced and at least the linen changed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged in the event of this being confirmed. Kindly refer to the house manual for this information. NO parties are permitted as per our house rules which will be visible on booking and no more than 2 visitors allowed at any one time. Guest verification is recorded on Truvi before check in as per BC rules. This home is partly in the ground in the one side so the earthiness is part of the home. Please open windows in both bedroom and line to allow great circulation and always leave the extractors running when out. Our homes all have a colour picture inventory online for ease of reference. We supply beach towels Coffee, tea, sugar, milk powder, salt, pepper & oil. Should you experience any issues we will be there to assist you always! Our contact information is in the house manual for your convenience • We do have load shedding in South Africa so best to download the EskomsePush App so you know when these are. (Cape Town normally does not experience this at the same level as the rest of the country.) Auto chargeable Emergency lights are also available on request should you need them. Early and late check in or out are charged at an extra R500 and this can only be permitted if possible and on prior request. On longer stays of 28 days or more top up of electricity will be for guest account. If your booking is longer than 7 days, we require a compulsory mid-stay cleaning and linen/towel change for an additional fee. Fee details: The exact cost is listed in the house manual. Please ask us of you require to know this cost before confirming your booking. Why it’s required: This service is not negotiable, as the linens and towels can only be laundered through our in-house laundry.
