What we love- This condo is one of just a few with a sunset facing exposure, allowing guests to catch the world famous Captiva sunsets from the comfort of their upscale condo. Crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. Relax and take much needed naps in any of the three posturepedic mattresses after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of community gas grilles to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Catch up on Netflix on any of the 50``+ HD televisions in the unit, for those lazy days in the condo. The Beach Villas complex enjoys its own private beach access that is hidden from view. The walk to the beach is pure serenity! The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
