The fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place for the housekeeper to prepare delicious breakfasts while you enjoy your morning coffee. Outside, the terrace becomes an idyllic space to relax, whether admiring the sunset or enjoying the sea breeze. Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 6): Master Bedroom: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom, jacuzzi, closet, tv, A/C, sofa. Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom, bathtub, tv, closet, A/C, sofa. Bedroom 3: 2 Double size beds, ensuite bathroom, tv, closet, A/C. Included service with your stay: - Housekeeping (Monday – Saturday.) - Use of one 6-seater golf cart - Concierge services - Premier Golf Punta Mita Membership - Breakfast preparation may be arranged, to be paid directly to the cook - $35 USD per day. (Food and Beverage is not included). Please note that gratuity for the staff is not included. Tips are always appreciated and we kindly encourage guests to consider them based on the level of service received. The available payment method is via wire transfer. Additionally, a one-night refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation policy: For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. For any reservation during festive seasons, including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week, cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles inside the condominium. No pets allowed.
