Welcome to our inviting two-level, four-bedroom, and two-bathroom house in Colorado Springs! On the first level, the master bedroom beckons with a luxurious king bed, bedside lamps, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom includes an additional bunk bed—perfect for families or larger groups. All bedrooms aside from the bunk bedroom feature TVs for personalized entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, stocked with cookware essentials. The living room is a spacious retreat, boasting ample seating and a 50" Smart TV for cozy evenings. For added entertainment, head to the family room, where a pool table & foosball table await. Need to catch up on work? Enjoy the designated laptop-friendly space with a table and chair. The full bathroom comes complete with towels and essential soaps, while the in-unit washer and dryer add a touch of practicality to your stay. House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
