Recently updated, upper level, detached private studio is spacious, tastefully decorated and features vaulted ceilings, travertine floors and plenty of light! Furnished with a Queen bed and a Twin fold down couch. Sleeps up to 3. Full Kitchen, dining area and bathroom make living large, easy in this studio. Laundry onsite, Private patio & Shared patio w/gas fireplace, outdoor seating, BBQ, Cruiser bikes, & FREE Parking. Pets welcome for addt'l fee. The studio comes with a fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home, and prepare a delicious home cooked meal. Full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, stove & oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with a dining table with seating for 4. There is also a corner desk that can be used for laptop space or working remotely. The main living space is equipped with a Queen size bed with an Avocado mattress, and a small couch that converts to a twin/full size sleeper. There is closet space for hanging clothes and a dresser for storing personal items. All bedding and linens are comfortable and high quality. Flat screen SMART TV with cable, make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on Cable or Amazon! Bright and clean bath including a corner shower, pedestal sink and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities! Washer & Dryer for guests use in a separate common area. Shared with house guest. Fenced backyard SHARED with the main house guests. Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on your private balcony set up with a bistro table and two chairs or enjoy the cozy gas fire place for a cool night on the shared patio with comfortable seating. Patio table & chairs, BBQ grill and an additional wood burning fire pit are provided. (Bring your own wood!) Cruiser bikes are for guest use and shared with the other guests at the property. If you would like to guarantee use please let me know ahead of time so they are available when you arrive! The home is located in the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically "Hyde Park". This neighborhood is a local favorite and a great place to experience the heart and soul of Boise. Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, bike shops, and a convenience store within 3 blocks of the home. Just 1 block East is the famous Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport. With the foothills to the North, and Downtown, the River & Boise State University to the South, you will be in the center of everything! Boise Centre on the Grove, Saturday Market, the Botanical gardens, Taco Bell Arena, public transportation, and the Boise Greenbelt are also convenient to the property. ~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District. ~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. ~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. ~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! -This home does have a 2 - pet maximum. -We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. -There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please also be aware of our pet policy: -Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee. -Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately. -Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest. -Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear.
