The flat is located on avenue de Lamballe, close to the Quais de Seine, 5 minutes' walk from the Pont Bir-Hakeim, and only 20 minutes' walk from the Eiffel Tower. The residential area offers a peaceful, quiet setting bordered by the Seine, providing opportunities for walks with magnificent views of the emblematic river. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people on training, work experience or work placements. This flat is located very close to the quays of the Seine, the Beaugrenelle shopping centre and the Eiffel Tower. The 16th arrondissement is largely residential, with tree-lined avenues, fine Haussmann-style buildings, private mansions and green spaces. It's an area popular with the bourgeoisie and expatriates, offering calm, security and serenity. Arrival on WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
