It is composed of : - Living room with dining area and sofa bed (140x200cm) - Equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave oven, kettle, washing machine) - Bathroom with shower - Shared toilet on landing - Storeroom on landing with shared washing machine - Storage space - TV and high speed internet (WiFi) - Sheets and towels provided This apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the quays of the Seine, the Beaugrenelle shopping center and the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, famous stores and many local businesses (bakeries, fishmongers, restaurants, butchers, dry cleaners, pharmacies, ...). "We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents: - 1 proof of identity - 1 proof of reason for stay (work or school) - 1 e-mail address 1 contract will be sent to you by email and an inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. --- Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
