This unit is located on the ground floor and features more than 900 square feet of island living space. This unit features three beds, one king (located in the master bedroom), and two double beds (located in the guest bedroom), in addition to two full bathrooms. Included are essentials such as in unit washer and dryer, wifi, hair dryer, microwave, range, refrigerator, and more. Additionally, guests have access to on site pool and tennis facilities, in addition to beach gear, including chairs, umbrella, floats, boogie boards, and much more. Villa Sanibel is located in a highly desirable location, on West Gulf Drive. Extremely close to the beach but also a quick drive away from dining and shopping, this unit provides the optimal balance of vacationing in a tranquil setting yet being in the middle of it all within minutes. Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking the property. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
