Up to 12 guests can sleep cozily in the property’s four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with its own sento hot bath and has direct access to the main pool and deck, while the main and deluxe rooms, all exquisitely furnished, enjoy spectacular views from their terraces. Due to its location in a protected natural area and World Heritage Site, Casa Mam uses the latest advancements in technology to minimize energy and water consumption. The modern appliances are wind and solar-powered, while rainwater is harvested to meet most of the guest’s needs. And although A/C is available, the residence is designed to maximize airflow and stay fresh and comfortable all year round. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and is paid at the entrance arch by cash • Rates are based on double occupancy • Additional guests exceeding double occupancy (9–12) are as follows: $80 USD + taxes in low and mid season, $100 USD + taxes in high season, and $120 USD + taxes per guest, per night • Guests 11 and 12 will stay in a glamping tent on the beach (can be set up as King or Twin) • Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 11am • No pets Please note, the rates for this villa are dynamic and likely to change. Important Restrictions • Due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. • Fishing is forbidden in order to protect endangered sea life. • Roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved, so distances and times may vary depending on season and road condition. • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). Penalties may apply for noncompliance. • Riviera Maya may experience naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents.
