With a personal chef available upon request, breakfast is served every morning right beside the spectacular 18-meter swimming pool. So take your time while you decide whether to spend your day sunbathing, enjoying a relaxing massage, or sipping margaritas on the deck. Later on, watch the sunset from the lounge that overlooks the jungle and then gather around the garden’s fire pit for a pleasant evening with friends and family. Each of the residence’s 8 suites is uniquely designed, offering complete independence with private access, equipped with private bathrooms, private pools, terraces, or outdoor showers, AC and tasteful furnishings to accommodate up to 18 guests. And while the ground-level rooms boast their own private pools and gardens, staying upstairs means more time to spend relaxing on the terrace or stargazing through your bath’s wonderful skylight. Our villa reduces waste by eliminating single-use plastics, while amenities are locally sourced and organic, presented in refillable bottles. We ask adults to watch their children at all times while using the pool. - We ask that our guests check all windows and doors are locked when they leave the room for both security and weather - Tulum is a remote location where a shortage of electricity and water can occur, Château Sixteen is equipped with a generator to power basic amenities, Château Sixteen or the owner will not be held responsible for any outage - Small private events such as dinners are allowed with respect for the space and the house rules - Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am - No outside guests on property grounds - No loud music, no outside sound system, no DJs (except authorized events) ***There is a house being built in front of the villa which you may experience some noise during your stay ***EVENT VENUE AND PARTIES: If you wish to use the property as an event venue, a separate rental agreement is required, and additional event fees will apply. An event is defined as any gathering that includes additional guests exceeding the villa’s sleeping capacity, extra guests not registered at check-in, and/or involves loud music or a DJ. Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) Penalties for noncompliance may apply.
