The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendors only! Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited! *PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking passes per reservation.
