Your parking permits will be obtained from the Guard upon arrival at no charge. Please let the Guard know you are staying in Summer Palace A, which is Lot/ House 1. Since you are only booked in Side A, be sure to only park on Side A and do not block Side B driveway or under the house parking. *PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals. *CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, rentals@lunabeachproperties.com.
