Cancellations 60+ days prior are refundable. Within 59 days: no refund. • Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week: 50% required at booking (non-refundable), balance 90 days before arrival. • No date changes except in case of force majeure (valid 11 months from cancellation). • No refunds for rate differences due to seasonality. • Refund Fees: US$150 administration fee (wire transfer payments), or 4% processing fee (credit card payments). ________________________________________ RULES • No hookahs allowed on property • Age requirement: Reservation holder must be 25+ • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No smoking • No pets allowed • Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed • Use of outside vendors (chefs, event planners, photographers, golf carts, etc.) may incur additional fees and must be pre-approved by property management
