Refundable up to 60 days before arrival. • Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week: 50% at booking (non-refundable), 50% due 90 days prior. No date changes except for force majeure. Refunds will not apply for seasonal rate changes. ________________________________________ RULES • No hookahs allowed on the property • Reservation holder must be 25+ years old • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No smoking property • No pets allowed • Occupancy must not exceed agreed number of guests • Outside vendors (chefs, event planners, photographers, external golf carts, etc.) require prior approval and may incur additional fees Note: A US$150 administration fee applies for all full refunds via wire transfer. For credit card payments, a 4% processing fee will be retained.
