The beautifully designed kitchen, featuring an eat-in table and chairs, is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, kettle & toaster, coffee machine, and more than enough utensils for preparing home-cooked meals during your stay. It’s a fantastic private space for a special vacation. The cozy living room, decorated in neutral tones, offers a chaise lounge chair and has direct access to both the kitchen and the deck, providing a view of the mini oasis that awaits you in Cascais. The space also includes a subtle fireplace, adding a touch of warmth and charm. The living room provides seating for 6, and the dining table accommodates 5 guests. The designer poolside deck opens up completely and feature a table with chairs and a sunshade, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.This two-story home also includes an iron & ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning with hot and cold controls, WiFi, and cable TV offering many international channels. Located on R. Joaquim Ereira, the property is in a well-established and serene part of Cascais. The neighborhood offers a blend of residential calm and urban convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, and boutique shops. The nearby Cascais Shopping Center provides a comprehensive shopping experience. For those interested in outdoor activities, the stunning Guincho Beach and the lush Parque Marechal Carmona are easily accessible. The area is rich in culture, with art galleries and museums like the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego offering a glimpse into local art and history. Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
