On July 4th you could see the parade from the front balcony or driveway of the home. Important Notes *Dock Usage: Space is guaranteed for one boat only. Please confirm dock size before bringing additional watercraft. *Garage Access: Only the storage area is available for renters; the main garage remains locked for owner use. *Security: A safety camera is installed at the front door for your peace of mind.
