BookSmart Presents: The Shell Seekers Cottage! The top level features a bright open layout that’s ideal for gathering and relaxing. The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials for easy meal prep. The dining area seats your group comfortably, and the adjacent decks are perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. This level also includes a king primary suite with an ensuite full bath and private deck access, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The mid level has plenty of room for everyone, with a mix of comfortable sleeping options: a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring a twin bunk with a full on the bottom. There is also one full hall bathroom on this level. On the bottom level is the access to the laundry area. Outside, enjoy your own private pool surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor seating. Fire up the grill for a poolside meal, or take a quick 5-minute walk to the beach to dip your toes in the sand. Afterward, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the covered gazebo area.
