The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for three, offering everything you need for preparing meals during your stay. The primary bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary with a king-sized bed and direct access to the back patio, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors at any time. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a built-in desk/vanity, offering versatility and comfort. The first bathroom boasts a stone vanity and a soaking tub, while the second bathroom includes a glass-enclosed rain shower. Scripps Coastal Reserve Biodiversity Trail: This trail is a 1.5-mile loop that takes hikers through a coastal sage scrub habitat. - Parking: 1 parking space is available for guests in the garage, but no parking is allowed in the driveway. Street parking is also available, but limited. - Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax. - Smoking and events/parties are prohibited. - No pets permitted. - As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
