The ocean-facing deck along the front of the house allows for perfect views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico!  Private parking underneath with shaded space to grill, host a crawfish boil or relax in the cool breeze!  With 3 bedrooms, you can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.  Two full, NEWLY REMODELED bathrooms are conveniently located to get clean and refresh!  Just across the short walkover, you can be on the beach in no time!  Grab your beach gear and hit the sand! Come and enjoy the summer winds and sunny skies on the Gulf of Mexico! Surfside Beach Village, is a family friendly, quiet, beach community full of character! Along Bluewater Highway you will find food shops, our local coffee truck, bar and grills, souvenir shops, and much, much more! Seaside Sam's is minutes from the public boat ramp, the Crabbing Pier and shaded picnic areas. There is also Swan Lake where you can launch your kayaks and flatbottom boats for water recreation. The Gulf Coast Birding Trail, the Butterfly Trail, and for history enthusiasts, Fort Velasco State Historical Site and Museum are also site seeing excursions! Don't forget to take a walk out onto the Jetty Pier or grab a line and try your luck fishing along the Jetty. There is also a brand-new playground at the Jetty Park for the little ones to enjoy!
