Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 59 calendar days prior to arrival; shall be non-refundable. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Suitable for infants (under 2 years). Enter and exit the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Notify immediately of any damage or incident on the property. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed; we ask that noise levels be kept moderate. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Eating in the pool is not allowed. Standing on the lounge chairs with shoes on is not allowed. Minors are prohibited from driving any vehicle, including golf carts. No pets allowed.
